3. Product Licenses

When you “purchase” a plugin from woodypot.com, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin, not the plugin itself.

  • License Scope: Our licenses grant you permission to use the plugin on a specific number of websites (e.g., single-site, multi-site, unlimited) as defined at the time of purchase.
  • License Duration: A standard purchase grants you a license and access to updates and support for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

    • Plugin customization (CSS, code changes).
    • Issues on your web server or general WordPress problems.
  • Updates are provided as long as your license is active.

5. Payments, Renewals, and Taxes

  • Payments: All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your credit card information.
  • Automatic Renewals: To ensure uninterrupted service, access to support, and updates, licenses are sold as automatically renewing subscriptions. You may cancel this subscription at any time from your account panel.

6. Refund Policy

You may not, without our express written permission:

8. Disclaimer of Warranties ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ON WOODYPOT.COM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR PLUGINS WILL WORK WITH ALL THIRD-PARTY THEMES OR PLUGINS, OR WITH ALL WEB BROWSERS OR HOSTING ENVIRONMENTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS OR WEBSITE DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF USING OUR PLUGINS.

9. Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL WOODYPOT.COM, ITS OWNERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

10. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your account, license, and access to our services, without notice or refund, if you breach these Terms & Conditions (especially regarding license abuse or prohibited conduct).

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users by posting the updated Terms on this site and revising the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
